Ideal Location near Porthmadog in North Wales
This self catering holiday bungalow is located in Morfa Bychan near Porthmadog in North Wales and is ideal for exploring Snowdonia, Lleyn Peninsula, Anglesey and the rest of North Wales. The Morfa Bychan area (near Porthmadog) is flat for easy walking and pushing a wheelchair. There are numerous facilities within 5 minutes walk including good food, a pub, golf course, chip shop and an excellent SPAR supermarket. |

The beach is on the same road as the bungalow. You can park your car on the beach and have a picnic. The beach has firm sand making it suitable for wheelchairs/pushchairs.
The famous village of Portmeirion is just 10 minutes away and is well known for its pottery and for the sixties TV series 'The Prisoner'. The steam railways of the Ffestiniog Railway, and the Welsh Highland Railway are just down the road.

If you do not have one, a RADAR key can be borrowed from us at the bungalow. A RADAR key is needed because most of the disabled toilets around Wales and England are locked. How to Find Us
North Wales is well connected to the UK's road network, so it's easy to reach by car. North Wales's A55 coastal expressway which links to the M6 takes drivers quickly past the old bottlenecks. From the map below it can be seen that this is an ideal holiday base for exploring the whole of North Wales. |
