The Royal Suite is a luxury disabled unit with a single electric bed that can be moved for easy access. There is an electric ceiling hoist running from French doors, over the sleeping area to the toilet/wet room (approx max weight 130kg/20 stone). A hoist sling is NOT provided.

There is a walk in shower with hand rails for standing or sitting with a non-slip safety floor, and a multi-purpose shower/toileting chair is provided. A raised toilet seat and walking frame can be provided on request.

There are also 3 other bedrooms (see facilities summary list), and a bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and washbasin.

The lounge /diner has 2 leather bed settees and an electric lounge chair that tilts to help with getting up. New double doors provide access into the lounge from the garden for disabled whelchairs that are wider than 18". There is a dining area seating 6, and a well-equipped kitchen.

There is a conservatory at the rear of the property with a table and seating for 6.
